Does anyone know where I can find some parts of ownen johndeere 420 of Lawn And Garden Tractors.?
We are looking for parts for our lawn and garden tractors. We are specifically looking for a camshaft. but we need more parties anyway. If you have any idea where we can get the parts that would be great. Also, just so you know, already tried eBay.
Onan longer has a flat head, a valve in the block engine, but if you take your engine model and serial numbers for your John Deere dealer can help. Also, is owned by Cummins Onan Engines so that may be another pathway.

Anyone using an attachment Snowblower on Lawn and Garden Tractor … work well?
I have a 400-foot driveway snowblowing and this winter (its a dirt road with some rocks exposed so it is less plowable want to go through the windshield lol) So I was thinking of buying a good 19 or 24hp lawn tractor with PTO driven snowblower attachment … but I've heard that the snow and dont move … Anyone use them? Someone knows something about how well they work, especially in heavy wet snow? (I shall tire chains, wheel weights and ballast weights to the tractor … FYI)
I faced this issue, but I already had the tractor to mow my lawn. The attachments generally cost as much as a good snow blower. Putting on weight and the chains is a nuisance and must also change it back in the spring. I thought it was easier for me to get up a snow blower instead of the dollar. I have a great Ariens and anything can still happen. I could probably sit on the handle and ride if I wanted. My lawn tractor was $ 2,000 and that of my machine snowplow. I really could not justify paying a lot for the attachments. I also had plenty of room in my garage for another machine. To answer your question do the job well. Only a huge hassle.
