Can I arrange meetings tenant?

I know my neighbors better and I want to suggest improvements based on construction. For example, I wondered if tenants can plant gardens and create a courtyard. Is it possible to hold a monthly meeting with the tenant sandwiches and other things and just socialize and discussing how we can improve the apartment building? Can I put fliers or I will need the approval of the owner or management company before I take myself. I do not know if there's something in my lease it. Do you think people would actually come. There will always be some who do not .. but do you think that is a dumb idea?

I think it's a great idea. Of course, some will not be there, but it will be your loss, I am sure you will get a good response. That just might become a period other than to complain if not take the bull by the horns and run the "meeting" so that they benefit and not down. In general, people do not like living conditions in apartment complexes, but it can get some constructive ideas. Note that your landlord can not accept new ideas, but if presented well, could improve their way of life. If you do not know if such a gathering is prohibited in their lease, I suggest you take the time to read it. I'm sure most people have never read, make you more aware than most that come to the meeting on this and other things too. Good luck!
